Refund Policy (No Refund)

No Refund Guarantee

All donations made to Kerala Muslim Jamaath Sadaqah are considered a final and non-refundable charitable contribution. Once a transaction is successfully completed, the funds are immediately applied toward our charitable mission.

Exclusions (No Refund Will Be Granted For)

  • The donor changing their mind after the transaction.
  • A donation being made to an incorrect fund or designation by the donor.
  • Any disagreement or dissatisfaction with the utilisation or disbursement of the funds.

Exceptions (Technical Errors Only)

Refunds will only be processed in the rare event of a confirmed technical error, such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction.
  • An incorrect amount debited due to a technical glitch.
  • The payment was debited, but the donation failed to register on our Site.

Reporting Technical Errors

You must notify us of a technical error within 7 (seven) days of the transaction date.
