Eligibility and Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a donation.
• You agree to use the Site only for lawful, charitable purposes.
• You accept that the content, design, and logo are the property of Kerala Muslim Jamaath Sadaqah and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Donation Terms (Irrevocable Gift)

All donations are considered an irrevocable gift to the Organisation.

While we strive to honour donor preferences, the ultimate legal authority over the allocation and disbursement of all funds rests solely with the authorised Trustees of the Organisation.

Donations are subject to the No Refund Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Kerala.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
